Moto E automatic reset problem

Moto E automatic reset is an emerging problem. There are several threads going on at this topic, each gives discriminate information, that this problem is related to hardware, or some says it is related to android software, and some information states that this problem related to incompatible apps.

I have been suggested to go for factory reset,  safe mode and visit service center. All these has been tried out and atlast, this workaround had helped me to over come Moto E reset problem.

Step1: Download the Tap Tap App from Google play store.

Step 2: Install the App and open the App.

Step 3: Now click on Enable option and activate the App.

Step 5: To lock the device either open the notification bar and click the TAP TAP APP widget or use the power button.

Step 6: To unlock the Moto E just swipe your finger or hand over the sensor or double tap the sensor. Do not use power button to unlock the device as it may trigger reset.

Note: The workaround to this problem is just temporary and it is not the permanent solution. Also, this problem is faced only by few of Moto E user and not by everyone.
